Third-Party Provider Disclaimer

Last Updated: July 9, 2026

Wexora Circuit's deliverables regularly reference telecommunications carriers, internet service providers, VoIP providers, hardware manufacturers, and other vendors. This Third-Party Provider Disclaimer explains our relationship — and, more importantly, our deliberate lack of relationship — with those companies. It describes how references to providers should be understood and what responsibilities remain with clients who choose to contract with any provider we mention.

1. Purpose of This Disclaimer

Wexora Circuit provides remote telecom support and consulting for small businesses. In the course of preparing bill reviews, plan comparisons, setup checklists, documentation organization, and connectivity process advisories, we necessarily name and describe third-party providers: the carriers whose invoices we summarize, the plans we compare, and the vendors whose documents we organize.

This document exists to make the status of those references unambiguous. It applies to every mention of a third-party provider on our website and in every deliverable we produce, whether the provider is named favorably, unfavorably, or neutrally. Nothing in any deliverable should be read as creating a relationship between Wexora Circuit and any provider, or between a provider and our client through us.

2. Our Independence

Wexora Circuit is an independent advisory business. We have no affiliation, sponsorship, partnership, joint venture, agency relationship, or reseller arrangement with any telecommunications carrier, internet service provider, VoIP provider, hardware manufacturer, or other vendor mentioned in our deliverables or on our website.

No provider reviews, approves, funds, or influences our analysis before it reaches a client. We are not certified, authorized, or endorsed by any provider, and we do not participate in any provider's dealer, agent, or channel-partner program. When we describe a provider's plan or pricing, we do so as an outside observer working from published information and client-supplied documents, not as an insider or representative of that provider.

3. No Commissions or Referral Fees

Wexora Circuit does not accept commissions, referral fees, revenue shares, bonuses, discounts, or any other form of compensation from third-party providers in exchange for mentioning, comparing, or recommending their products or services. Our only source of revenue for advisory work is the fee our client pays for the engagement.

This policy is deliberate: it is the foundation of the independence of our recommendations. Because no provider pays us, we have no financial incentive to steer a client toward one carrier or plan over another. If this policy ever changes for a category of engagements, we will disclose the arrangement clearly and in writing before the affected deliverable is produced.

4. Third-Party Trademarks

All company names, product names, service marks, logos, and brands of third-party providers that appear in our deliverables or on our website are trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective owners. Their use by Wexora Circuit is strictly nominative — that is, we use a provider's name only to identify that provider and its offerings for purposes of description, comparison, and organization.

The appearance of a trademark in our materials does not imply that the trademark owner endorses Wexora Circuit, nor that Wexora Circuit endorses the trademark owner. Clients may not rely on our use of a mark as evidence of any commercial relationship between us and the mark's owner, because no such relationship exists.

5. Provider Pricing, Coverage, and Terms Can Change

The prices, plan features, coverage maps, promotional offers, contract conditions, and service-level commitments of third-party providers are set and changed solely by those providers. They can and do change without notice, sometimes between the date we prepare a deliverable and the date a client acts on it.

Any provider figure or term that appears in a Wexora Circuit summary or comparison is a snapshot of what was published or supplied at the time of preparation. We make no representation that such information will remain accurate, that a promotion will still be available, that coverage will exist at a particular address, or that a provider will honor a term we quoted. The provider's own current published terms, and the specific agreement the client signs, are the only authoritative statements of what the provider offers.

6. We Do Not Resell or Broker Third-Party Services

Wexora Circuit does not resell, broker, distribute, provision, or bundle any third-party telecommunications product or service. We do not sell SIM cards or mobile plans, do not provide internet service, do not offer VoIP provider services, do not manage call routing, do not install telecom equipment, and do not handle regulated communications infrastructure.

We do not take orders on behalf of providers, process provider payments, or hold any inventory of provider products. A client who decides to purchase a plan or service we have described must do so directly with the provider through the provider's own sales channels. Payment made to Wexora Circuit covers our advisory work only and never includes any provider's service.

7. Client Contracts Are Between Client and Provider

Any contract, order, subscription, or service agreement a client enters into with a telecommunications carrier, internet service provider, VoIP provider, or other vendor is strictly between the client and that provider. Wexora Circuit is not a party to, guarantor of, or beneficiary under any such agreement, even if the client selected the provider on the basis of our comparison or recommendation.

All rights and obligations under a provider agreement — including pricing, term commitments, early termination fees, service levels, dispute procedures, and renewal conditions — are governed exclusively by that agreement and applicable law. Any dispute with a provider must be raised with and resolved against that provider, not against Wexora Circuit.

8. Provider Performance and Outages Are Outside Our Control

Wexora Circuit has no control over the operational performance of any third-party provider. Network outages, degraded speeds, coverage gaps, installation delays, billing mistakes, customer service failures, plan discontinuations, and corporate decisions such as mergers or market exits are entirely within the provider's control, not ours.

A favorable assessment of a provider in a deliverable reflects information available at the time of preparation and is not a warranty of that provider's future performance. We accept no responsibility for losses a client suffers because a provider fails to deliver the service quality, availability, or support the client expected, whether or not that expectation was informed by our analysis.

9. Verification Responsibility Before Signing

Before signing any agreement with a provider, the client is responsible for independently verifying every material fact, including current pricing and applicable taxes and fees, contract length and termination charges, service availability at the client's specific locations, installation timelines and costs, equipment requirements, and the exact wording of the terms the client will be bound by.

Our comparisons and checklists are designed to make this verification easier and more structured — for example, by listing the questions to ask a provider before committing — but they are a starting point, not a substitute. A client who signs a provider agreement without confirming the current terms directly with that provider does so at the client's own risk. We recommend obtaining written confirmation of any price, promotion, or service commitment from the provider itself and retaining that confirmation with the signed agreement.

10. Provider Documentation We Organize

Our Telecom Vendor Documentation Organization service arranges, labels, and summarizes contracts, invoices, plan descriptions, and related documents that originate with third-party providers. Organizing a document does not change its legal effect: every provider document remains governed by the provider's own terms, and the original document as issued by the provider remains the authoritative version.

Our organizational summaries and indexes are aids to navigation, not restatements of legal rights. If a summary we prepare appears to conflict with the underlying provider document, the provider document controls, and clients should consult the original — and, where the stakes warrant it, a qualified attorney — before relying on any interpretation.

11. No Authority to Act on the Client's Behalf

Wexora Circuit has no authority to negotiate with, contract with, cancel service with, or otherwise act on behalf of a client in dealings with any provider, unless such authority is separately agreed in a written document signed by both Wexora Circuit and the client that expressly defines its scope. In the absence of such a written agreement, no statement in a deliverable, email, or call creates any agency relationship.

Likewise, no provider has authority to act, speak, or make commitments on behalf of Wexora Circuit. Representations a provider's sales personnel make about our services, or about how our analysis should be interpreted, are not binding on us.

12. Updates to This Disclaimer

We may update this Third-Party Provider Disclaimer from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, our services, or applicable legal requirements. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date and take effect upon posting.

Continued use of our website or services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised version. Clients with active engagements are encouraged to review this page before acting on a deliverable that references third-party providers, so that they understand the current terms under which those references are made.

13. Contact Information
